Very large terraced house a few blocks from the city center (1700 meters) with easy access from the ring road 800m, central station 1500m and the motorway. The villa is divided into two surfaces, 190m2 in total. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 11 beds, large dining room that can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people, eat-in kitchen with serving hatch connection, fully equipped kitchen with 4 burners, microwave oven, toaster, citrus juicer, washing machine, living room entrance with two very comfortable leather sofas, internal communal garden.
3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 bedroom with fan, mosquito nets in all rooms, 3 large bathrooms, 2 showers and 1 bathtub, balconies in all rooms, small terrace on the mezzanine floor. It lends itself very well for short and medium periods as a base for visiting the whole of Puglia, Matera, the Itria valley, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Savelletri, the sea of Polignano and Monopoli, the northern area with Bisceglie, Trani, Barletta and Castel del Monte. Bari is in the center between the south and the north of this wonderful land.

Ermanno was great,he was always quick to respond to messages and very helpful.
Very eclectic but this added to the charm. Bus nearby into Bari central as quite a walk for our elderly parents

We had a great time at Ermanno’s apartment! We were a group of 8 visiting my parents in Bari. The apartment was large enough for us to comfortably have meals all together. We also rented a car so having a garage was so convenient!
The oven and fridge didn’t work, which was a bit of a disappointment because we were hoping to use the oven for our meals (we had some dietary needs in our group so eating out for every meal didn’t work for us). But Ermanno quickly brought over a mini-fridge when we let him know. Ermanno quickly responded each time we reached out to him.
The location was great to take excursions out of Bari to Alberobello, Matera, etc. It was about a 20 min. walk to get more to the city center and 30 min. to get to Bari Vecchia (the oldest part of town).

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay and found Ermanno easy to reach out and always willing to help.
We would definitely consider renting the property again.

Had to settle for this property due to its size, there were 8 adults. Only 8 hrs of heat allowed, arctic blast made that impossible, asked for heat to be left on at 1.50 per hour as advertised, host wanted 3.50 no way. No parking as advertised! Host should charge more to cover his costs instead of buckle and dining everyone!
