Mieszkanie jest czyste, nowe i bardzo dobrze wyposażone – jest w nim wszystko, czego potrzeba podczas pobytu. Znajduje się w nowym budynku z parkingiem, co jest dużym atutem, szczególnie jeśli planujecie wynajmować samochód. Bardzo dobry kontakt z osobą odpowiedzialną za wynajem. Raz zdarzyło się, że nie działała klimatyzacja, ale problem został szybko rozwiązany. W pobliżu znajduje się supermarket oraz przystanek komunikacji miejskiej. Warto jednak mieć na uwadze, że mieszkanie znajduje się dość daleko od centrum Bari, a do plaży trzeba dojechać dwoma autobusami, co zajmuje około 40 minut. Dlatego jeśli planujecie korzystać głównie z komunikacji miejskiej, lokalizacja może być mniej wygodna.
Naprzeciwko budynku znajduje się komenda straży pożarnej, dlatego od czasu do czasu słychać syreny i odgłosy związane z jej funkcjonowaniem. Dla osób mających lekki sen może to być nieco uciążliwe.
