The apartment was clean and modern. Roberto who lives with the host was extremely helpful.

Massive problem with the keycode system. We were given two separate codes for apartment access. Neither worked. Numerous telephone calls made to intermediary who wouldn’t listen and was extremely unhelpful. We lost several hours of our precious holiday as we couldn’t leave the apartment because we wouldn’t have been able to get back in. We were also given an incomplete code to the second keycode which gave access to the two apartments which were behind a door. We got trapped in the lift which wouldn’t move. We had extreme difficulty getting out of the lift because it we couldn’t get the door open. Eventually we managed to open it but didn’t feel confident to use the lift again. The shower had a very narrow entrance. A large person, a disabled person or a heavily pregnant woman would have difficulty getting in and out of the shower. No hot water from the kitchen tap. Inadequate provision of kitchen implements. It would be difficult to prepare/cook a meal in the kitchen area. No written information about the WiFi code. If Roberto had not helped us with getting the apartment access sorted out and given us the WiFi code it would have really spoilt our stay. The property was very difficult to find.
