Miejsce wygodne dla 1 lub 2 osób, blisko do Dworca, do Centrum a także do deptaka nad morzem. Okolica spokojna. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko co potrzeba. Pościel i ręczniki czyste. Jest suszarka. Kontakt z właścicielem bez problemu. Ogólnie polecam.
Usterka w łazience została zgłoszona właścicielowi. Niestety mieszkanie zimą się nie nagrzewa i jest chlodno. Jest klimatyzacja. Ale musiałaby być włączona cały czas. Jest ekspres do kawy. Ale kawy nie było.

Zdecydowanie na plus lokalizacja. 10 minut spacerkiem na dworzec centralny, 15 minut na stare miasto. Kontakt z właścicielem w porządku, była możliwość zameldowania wcześniej.
Obiekt bardzo słabo wysprzątany. Przetarte z wierzchu i to nie wszystko. Grzyb w prysznicu, wszędzie kurz. Przyjechaliśmy razem z córką, ale pościel i ręczniki były przygotowane tylko dla nas, musieliśmy poszukać po szafach jeszcze jednego kompletu pościeli(ostatecznie się udało). Gdyby wysprzątać porządnie ten lokal byłby naprawdę fajny, zdecydowanie bym tam wrócił ale nie w takim stanie jak obecnie.
