Не працював WiFi ,брудна білизна, нестача постільної білизни при бронюванні 4 людей. Відсутність під ковдр.не чиста квартира. Нечистий надбитий посуд.

Отличное расположение. Теплые апартаменты. В феврале не замерзли. Достаточно посуды для того, чтобы готовить самостоятельно.
Пожалуйста, купите точилку для ножей. Нет покрывал для кроватей, а также нет запаса мусорных пакетов и средства для мытья посуды. Было бы неплохо иметь тапочки для гостей - зимой очень холодные полы.

1. many stairs to get up, or take a claustrophobic elevator.
2. no airconditioning in the 2nd bedroom. There is airconditioning in one bedroom and living room.
3. it's self service checkin, no person to directly talk to when checking, coming from abroad we had many questions and we had to figure out a lot of things ourselves.
