The location was good and communication swift. There was water and coffee available, and a few snacks. Beds were comfortable.

The place had a run-down feel about it - door in the kitchen slightly hanging off, couch covered in stains, holes in the wall plastered but not painted, hangers partially broken, balcony doors strangely loose, one balcony door handle broken, toilet roll holder broken, shower door seal broken ... Not to the point of not being usable, but definitely not in a good condition one would expect with the rate asked. The biggest problem was the noise. Choosing the spot in the center is always a bit risky but here even my ear plugs were of no help. Even when the doors were closed. I would not recommend this place for people who are sensitive to noise or who are fond of all amenities being in good nick and fully functional.

Central location, short walk from centre, lift to appartment, quiet, recently renovated, provided tea and coffee, supermarket nearby, instructions for check-in were easy to follow

It was close to the train station and a quick walk to the waterfront. The apartment was clean and decorated nicely with updated design. The self checking was a breeze and so simple.

Neighborhood was run down in parts with graffiti .
