The rooms are a good size with very comfortable beds, lounge with dining table, sofa and smart TV; plus excellent AC throughout. The bathroom is large with a great shower and washing machine - great when you don’t want to cart around loads of luggage! Property location is fabulous for Bari Centrale (12 minute walk), the fabulous Pane e Pomodoro beach (13 minutes), with the nearest supermarket and cafes at the end of the road. Host is very quick to answer any questions.
Kitchen is very small for food prep, though this is very well highlighted in the listing photos and not a criticism at all. Just think laterally if intending on cooking any feasts!

Nice location. Very easy to check in. Super comfortable beds and clean sheets. Very large bedrooms. Ice cold AC.
Black mold in the shower/bathroom. Almost impossible to find parking if you arrive by car. The owner while being nice insisted multiple times that I give a 10 review. The owner also told us it's essential for them that we take the garbage out.
