the fact that there was food left in the fridge and a lot of the kitchen cupboards, no sharp knives available, and lack of teaspoons too. The freezer in the outhouse has seen better days, the door was rusty which we felt was hygienic somewhat, front door key is worn and tricky to lock/unlock most times, the back door is very difficult to close too.

I couldn't fault it, lovely house, very spacious, comfy beds, home from home living. Everything you need. Location 10 mins walk to the beach front, host was quick responding when my kids couldn't find the wifi code. No complaints. Would definitely stay again.
