Beachfront apartment with incredible ocean views, just 100 meters from the beach. Available year-round. Located in the original Los Canadienses apartment complex, featuring a fantastic communal pool facing the Mediterranean and direct access to the ocean. A three-minute walk from La Calilla Beach and a 20–25-minute walk from Los Genoveses Beach, one of the most spectacular unspoiled beaches in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park and the Mediterranean.

The space:
It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a spacious kitchen-dining area integrated into a living room with a terrace facing the sea. The views are fantastic. It has been completely renovated to offer all the comforts. It has Wi-Fi.
It has air conditioning in the bedrooms and fans in both the bedrooms and the living room. It also has heating for use in the winter.
Amenities and common areas:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment and most of the closets for storing their belongings.
Guests also have access to the common area, which features a beautiful community pool and direct access to the ocean.
Other notable features:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Construction work on new homes is currently underway across the street, which may cause disturbances beyond our control.
It’s also important to note that this is a self-catering apartment. It includes all necessary kitchenware, bath towels (not beach towels), and sheets, but guests must provide their own toiletries, cooking supplies, etc. We usually leave some basic supplies, but this should not be expected of the host.
