The view from the balcony is stunning. The property is only a short walk down to a handy beach or along the coast path to a more isolated beach. There is a restaurant just below the apartment with great food.
Sometimes the music from the restaurant was a bit noisy whilst on the balcony but it was not a problem in doors.

Mooi en groot appartement dat er schoon uitzag. Een heerlijk zwembad erbij. Een goed restaurant ernaast. Auto parkeren kon in een garage maar hiervan geen gebruik van gemaakt. De Licatie hadden we niet willen missen.
Er werd gezegd dat het appartement aan het strand lag. De afstand naar een klein strandje is toch gauw 10 min. Het strand playa de Genoveses ligt op 25 min lopen. Aangezien er een flinke wind vanuit zee stond zijn we met de auto naar dat strand gegegaan maar vanwege de harde wind toch maar gekozen voor het zwembad.

Lovely view out to the bay. Walking distance to the town and the beach. Helpful staff on arrival. Good kitchen and cooking utensils. Comfortable bed. Parking garage.
Restaurant and tour desk closed as off season so no one around. Very little wardrobe and suitcase space . Knobs in bathroom too short to hold towels. Bedroom smaller than appeared in photos. Pictures on wall need replacing or repairing.
