Excelente ubicación a 20 m de una playa casi privada de arena fina y agua cristalina. La casa está decorada con mucho gusto y es amplia : cocina independiente, mesa de comedor en zona separada y salón espacioso. También hay una mesa de comer en el porche de fuera. La casa tiene mucho encanto.

The location of this apartment is fabulous, 20 meters away are steps down to a small cove. The apartment was very well equipped, with a small dining room and spacious living room. There is an outside sitting area with a large table an an outside shower room. There were 3 of us and this apartment sleeps 5 in a twin and another room with a single and bunk beds. A short walk down to the heart of San Jose center, plenty of bars and restaurants close by and 10 minute walk to a well stocked Spar supermarket. TIP: Front door key turns counter clockwise, door sticks, we were there ages trying to open the door that we had to call the hosts.

Parking is difficult in busy times. Large fridge in the kitchen is on 3 balance pins, the 1st time I opened the door I thought it was going to fall on me. The bathroom needs updating, I don´t mind rustic but there was a lot of paint missing, bathroom needs refitting and with a more spacious shower cubicle. The windows didn´t shut properly on the front part of the building as so many layers of paint and no rejas. We had to do online registration as the hosts don´t meet you, this was sent a couple of hours before we were due, already enroute and on a beach, which was really inconvenient. And lastly on booking.com it says that the hosts collect 200€ cash deposit off you on arrival, and returned on leaving, this wasn´t the case, it was taken from bank account, even though we had requested to pay cash for both out stay and deposit. *** Please note that some of my comments are only suggestions on how this apartment could really excel. We still loved our stay.
