About this house rental
Magnificent semi-detached house. Excellent location Comfortable and with a lot of exterior and interior space.
It has three rooms with capacity for six people, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room.
Several terraces and a solarium with barbecue with great views of the Natural Park.
Located in a central location two minutes walk from the beach and the town center.
The chalet is equipped with table and bed linen. It has a washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, blender, iron, ceramic hob, fridge, TV, DVD.
The hot water is with electric heater.
Outside there is a shower to be used when coming from the beach before entering the house.
In the living room there are two sofas with a cabinet with showcase and shelf where the television is. The dining room has a pine wood table with six chairs and two stools that allow you to enjoy pleasant stays and meals. Several lamps decorate and illuminate the space.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower that has sliding doors to make the time of the shower better and that does not leave any water to the outside.
In the kitchen that is provided with kitchenware: dishes, glasses, dishes, pans, pans, paella. Essential elements for cooking. the vtroceramica also has an oven. The space is cozy and enough to cook.
On the stairs there are points of light as in the hallway of the plamta above where the three bedrooms that are spacious and a full bathroom are located. This floor has an independent entrance door to the terraces.

Wir haben ein nettes Haus vorgefunden, dass für eine 4köpfige Familie mehr als genug Platz geboten hat.
Das Einchecken war überhaupt kein Problem, obwohl wir etwas spät dran waren. Hier hat man sich flexibel gezeigt und eine einfache Lösung geboten.
Mit insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer ist diese Bleibe sehr ordentlich ausgelegt.
Das Haus hat eine üppige Terasse, auf der man auch einen schönen Grillabend veranstalten könnte. Ein Grillkamin dafür ist vorhanden.
Es war alles sehr sauber. An einigen Stellen an der Wand, in etwa 30cm Höhe ist der Putz ein wenig abgegangen - ein kleiner Schönheitsfehler, weiter nichts.
Wir haben unsere Abende genossen, konnten direkt draußen vor dem Wohnzimmer das Garten Mobiliar nutzen.
Etwas verwundert war ich über die Reinigungspauschale die ich noch zahlen musste. Ich kann nicht sagen ob ich es schlicht überflogen habe, oder es einfach nicht bei den Angaben dabei stand. Das hat jedoch dem Gesamteindruck
keinen Schaden zugefügt.
Wir würden dieses nette Häuschen wieder anmieten.

Debido a las inclemencias del tiempo, GOTA FRIA, donde dejo destrozada parte del sur de España, la estancia que tenia pagada y reservada, NO TENIA ACCESO, ya que la carretera estaba rota, cortada y no se podía llegar al pueblo el cual estaba destrozado.
HOMEWAY no me devolio ni un centimo de lo pagado.
Muy mala gestion y muy mala atencion al cliente.
No volvere a reservar más con ellos.
