Some units provide linens and towels, check with your booking agent. No pets, please. NO SMOKING. COMMON AREA LAUNDRY FACILITY. 1 PARKING SPOT OFF SITE 15TH & ST LOUIS AVE. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Our stay was perfect! The condo was spotless and well-maintained. We really appreciated how quiet the area was, and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The pool was a great option for the kids on days they didn’t feel like heading to the beach. Being just one block from the boardwalk and beach made everything super convenient. We also enjoyed driving about 10 minutes to the pier for fishing, shopping, and relaxing. Plenty of great food spots nearby, too. Highly recommend this place for a family getaway!

The location is excellent! Close to boardwalk and ocean and some restaurants. The pool was very nice and had outdoor shower to wash off sand.

Location was great! One block away from the Boardwalk. Quiet building, close to everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Parking spot is a few blocks away but it's a nice little walk. I liked the fact that my car was in a lot not parked along the road where it could get hit.
