About this house rental
Our bayside townhouse (3 floors with a garage) on 26th street is the perfect place for your family's summer vacation in Ocean City with maximum occupancy of 10! And it is a short 3 block walk to the boardwalk and beach! (see pictures)
Why are you going to love staying at our beach townhouse with AC and free Wi-Fi as much as we do? Because it is not only beautiful, comfortable and kid friendly, but it is incredibly convenient. Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, Waterpark and Speed World are just a 3 block walk. There are at least 4 miniature golf courses within 2 blocks. Restaurants? Dunkin Donuts is a block away at the corner of 26th and Coastal Highway. Happy Jacks Pancake House is on 26th Street. The 7-11, Pizza Hut, Candy Kitchen, Fractured Prune (make your own donuts!), Sunsations, Salty Dog Bar & Restaurant, Fish Tales, and Pit N Pub are all within a few blocks.
MAIN FLOOR
The huge open second floor has the kitchen, dining area, and living area with a flat 60" wide screen smart television with streaming service through your own Apps. This is the activity center for eating and relaxing, and a large sectional sofa with a soft chair and a ceiling fan. Step out onto the balcony for a beautiful view of the bay and evening chatter.
The dining area has a table that seats 6 and additional breakfast bar for 4. The large kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. It also has a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave.
TOP FLOOR (3 bedrooms and 2 baths)
The Master Bedroom offers a king bed. The room has a ceiling fan, large closet, and television. It has a private bathroom with a large tile walk in shower. A door to the private balcony offers an excellent view of the bay for beautiful sunsets! A separate HVAC system for the top floor will provide you with comfortable sleeping.
Bedroom No. 2 offers a queen bed and includes a ceiling fan and a television. It has close access to the hall bathroom shared with Bedroom No. 3.
Bedroom No. 3 offers a twin over twin bunk bed with a pull-out trundle, perfect for your little surfers! It has a television monitor that is only DVD enabled so bring the kids favorite movies.
GROUND FLOOR (1 Bedroom with private bath)
Bedroom No. 4 is on the ground floor and is a second master bedroom with its own private bathroom. It has a rollaway twin bed for an extra guest, and a ceiling fan and television monitor that is also only DVD enabled.
The garage can be used to park one vehicle and is the perfect spot for those sandy beach chairs, toys, fishing rods, and even bikes. There is a refrigerator/freezer in the garage which is perfect for loading and unloading the cooler for long days at the beach! There is a private parking lot with 2 assigned spots, plus additional street parking. 26th Street is a dead-end street so there is minimal traffic, plus fishing is permitted in the bay at the end of the street only a half block away from the townhouse.

Property was very good. Had to pay linen fee. Ok. 40 pound linen bag left at bottom of stairs. Had to make our own beds. Had to go pick up and drop keys at office. 4 bedroom property and only 2 keys for 4 couples. May be norm for Ocean City but first time we experienced all these inconveniences. We own a vacation rental in Hawaii and would never offer this level of guest services. May want to see if this is only this particular property management policy. Not major but definitely discussed and would use different company for better experience.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The condo was cozy, had plenty of space and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We had one minor issue that was resolved so quickly and everyone we dealt with was so welcoming and professional! We would definitely stay here or any place from Costal Resorts again.

The place was not clean, surface clean, yes. My grandson dropped something under the sofa and it was disgusting under there, couch needs to be moved and vacuumed under it. My husband checked under beds for items and found lots of trash, empty water bottles, and lots of dust! Overall the condo met our needs but I would not recommend it due to overall cleanliness.
