New for 2025! Escape to this stunning, spacious 3rd floor penthouse condo, where breathtaking, panoramic bay views and high-end comfort await. Available to rent Saturday to Saturday, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo with over 2,000 square feet is designed for ultimate relaxation. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore the lively, exciting nearby attractions, this exquisite condo is the perfect location for an Ocean City, MD vacation getaway. With the beach and boardwalk within walking distance and many local attractions and eateries close by there is something for everyone to enjoy, not to mention views of the WMO tournament boats, OC Air show and the amazing fireworks. You can take a short stroll to Layton’s for fresh, morning donuts or spend an evening mini golfing with the family. Situated on a waterfront canal, many enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking and canoeing in the summer (must bring your own equipment or rent locally). A bike rack is also available under a covered parking area, with bike rental service located just blocks away. Boat slips are owned by the Association and are for Exclusive Use by Owners only.

The bright, airy open floor plan seamlessly connects the inviting living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating a welcoming space for gathering and creating meals together. Step outside to the 35' deck which spans the length of the condo, and take in the breathtaking, water views where the sunsets are simply amazing.
9’ ceilings and hardwood / tiled floors enhance the condo’s charm, while the chef’s dream kitchen boasts sparkling granite countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and even a blender—perfect for whipping up your favorite frozen concoctions. Please note, ice maker is not working, ice trays supplied. In the well-equipped laundry area, you will find a modern, front-loading washer, dryer, with a convenient, folding table as well as an extra refrigerator/freezer perfect for large family get-togethers.
The master bedroom features a plush, king-sized bed, an adjoining spa-like bathroom with a deep jetted tub and glass-enclosed shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a cozy, inviting queen bed with full, en-suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed as well and finally, the 4th bedroom has a queen and 2 twin beds . Another large full bathroom is available directly across the hall. For entertainment, state-of-the-art streaming TVs are available in every bedroom, as well as in the living room, with fast, free WiFi throughout. This property rents any three nights.
Guests supply their own sheets and bath towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for rent for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
