About this house rental
You just found the perfect place to spend your vacation! Just gorgeous, this spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse, ( 1680 sq ft), is very modern, clean, fresh, and comfortable, it is located on the bay side of Coastal Hwy. at 12th St, , just 3 blocks to the beach and boardwalk! Enjoy being close to all the downtown activities, but still tucked back a little from the main hustle and bustle. The townhouse has a first floor bed and bath, a garage for 2 cars, and parking in the lot for 1 more. There is a spacious kitchen to work in, and dining space for 12, it also comes with 4 TV's with HBO and Sports Premium channels, DVD, Free WiFi and central a/c, Everyone will be happy! There are also 2 decks with chairs, to sit out and enjoy the fresh OC air. Occupancy 12, non smoking, no pets please. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

The location was great, very close to the boardwalk and beach. The home was a great set up for large family getaways. There are a lot of stairs, including a large step from the kitchen into the dining area, so anyone with mobility issues should use caution. It was fairly clean, but a few fixtures and rugs are worn out. The siding and windows around outside porch areas needed a good power washing. Also, the AC is very finicky and did not work on the main floor and bottom floor when we arrived, but the management company was polite and quick to fix it when we could reach them the following day. No issues after that for the rest of the week. (note: we where there during a heat wave).All in all, I would stay there again because of the location and layout of the property.

Great for a group of 6 of us. Plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, and the best part was the garage to park the bikes at night. Close to everything. Awesome place.
