The cleaning service didn't do a good job. The commutation is horrible.shoreline properties were very rude the 2 times I called with questions. The rules/check out process listed hanging in the house are different from the rules they emailed and are different from the rules they text. So that was confusing. And they txt several different times.. On the upside that place was great once we cleaned it...the shower kicks ass! Never lost hot water even when I was the last of 8 to showers! I would definitely rent it again..and this time would be less stressful since we figured out the process.

so the condo itself was wonderful and beautiful but the disorganization of the management was kind of off putting to me once we checked in. after we got there, we were given a key pad code and told the key was in there and it was not, when i called to tell the office the lady on the phone had a major attitude on the phone as if it was our fault (the renters) that the key was not in there. then called she called later in the week and said someone complained we had 20+ MINORS in our house having a party when at no time during the week did we have anyone in the condo that wasn’t staying there and we’re al 25+ years old. long story short, i would love to stay here again if the owners had a new management company. :)
