About this apartment rental
South Beach 405 is a SIDE UNIT IN OCEANFRONT BUILDING. South Beach is a luxurious building overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean on 7th street. Enjoy a large, spacious designer unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with all the extras plus an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, assigned parking in a secure parking garage and even shops on the ground level. Beds include a king, 2 queens, 3 rollaway beds and a queen sleep sofa and can sleep a family of 11. Guests supplies their own sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. Washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Indoor pool is closed from January 2- April 1.
This unit rents Friday to Friday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Non-smoking, Non-Vaping. No pets, please.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Enjoyed our week at OCMD on the boardwalk South beach property. Condo with Ocean view was the clean, roomy, well maintained, and very comfortable. Love the location and slept 8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms and baths. Definitely recommend highly and will comeback on our next trip.

Overall, the condo was great exactly what was listed plenty of room for several friends or family members. Great location, close walking distance to the beach, the boardwalk several restaurants and entertainment areas. My only feedback was the condo was very secure which is a plus, however there were only two fobs provided to our group of eight and two garage door openers to get in and out of the parking area therefore, if more than two couples went out the third couple or other members in the party would have to make arrangements to be able to get back into the garage and or into the condo because you cannot get in the elevator without your fob and you cannot get in the garage without your garage door opener. I like the security, however, providing additional fobs and garage door openers if necessary should be considered.

We wanted somewhere nice, roomy and bright on the boardwalk and this exceeded everything we wanted. Perfect location, beautiful condo and the balcony with a side ocean view was perfect.
Without a doubt we will continue to book through your company, check in and out was super easy.
Unfortunately as we were checking out there was a fire alarm so we had to leave a small box of recyclables but thankfully we learned it was just a routine check. Another good thing to do to ensure safety.
