After a day at the beach or exploring town, the well-equipped kitchen will make mealtime prep a breeze with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for all to mingle at! Gather around the dining table as the ocean breeze blows through open doors and the sky changes from blue to orange and pink at sunset. When everyone is ready to settle down, the modern furnishings and TV in the living area will make for the perfect place for a movie night with the whole group!

This dreamy condo is perched along the beautiful waters of the Isle of Wight Bay and is just three blocks from the world-famous Ocean City Boardwalk, restaurants, and attractions! Trimper's Rides and Jolly Roger Amusement Park are within two miles of home base if you bring the kiddos. Plus, the fishing off the pier is a great way to start the day off right with the locals! For more great eateries and eclectic shops, stroll down the coast and pop into places of your choice, as there is something for everyone to enjoy here!

THINGS TO KNOW
The twin-over-twin day bed can be used individually or pushed together to make a larger bed.
The fireplace is not operational.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
