Less than a mile from Nauset Light Beach and minutes from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, this thoughtfully designed home blends beach living with comfort, privacy, and effortless outdoor entertaining.
The home features two king bedrooms, each with its own TV, including an expansive primary suite with a sitting area and spa-like bathroom featuring an oversized shower. A second full bathroom also includes a large walk-in shower, providing added comfort and convenience for families and groups. Every room has heat and A/C with individual thermostat. An additional spillover bunk room offers two sets of full-size bunk beds (2 fulls + 2 full XLs), making the space ideal for families, golf trips, or larger groups.
The open-concept kitchen and dining area seats 8 and opens into multiple gathering spaces designed for relaxing and entertaining. A comfortable living area with sofa seating and accent chairs creates a welcoming place to unwind, while a separate media/lounge space with a large sectional and 70” TV is perfect for movies, games, or relaxing after the beach.
Outside, enjoy a beautifully designed 600 sq. ft. private deck featuring outdoor dining for 8, an 11-seat lounge/conversation area, two chaise loungers, and a grill for summer cookouts. After long beach days, rinse off in the outdoor hot water shower before settling in for relaxed Cape evenings.
