Welcome to Lighthouse Landing, a spacious and updated 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in the stunning coastal town of Eastham. This home is the perfect retreat for family and friends that are seeking an unforgettable beach vacation. Location is everything, and you can find this home nestled in a quiet neighborhood, only five minutes from miles of picturesque ocean beaches. It's also right around the corner from the Cape Cod National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center, where you can learn about the rich history of the area. You can find the starting point of many beautiful hiking and biking trails nearby as well.
Opening the front door, you are met with a bright and inviting open concept living and dining room. The dining room, with seating for eight, seamlessly connects to the newly renovated kitchen. The space boasts granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances. Through the sliding door, you'll discover access to the expansive back deck, complete with a gas grill for your barbecuing pleasures, with a spacious grassy yard, and a fully enclosed outdoor shower. Moving from the kitchen towards garage, you find the conveniently located washer and dryer. Beyond that in the garage is a ping pong table to keep the family entertained with some friendly competition! House is in great location central to beaches and what we wanted to do. House is cute and has lots of space for larger parties. Has had some updates, and with a little more, it could be really great. It missed some hospitality marks with cancelling our first reservation, then trying to raise price when I reached out to say we wanted to keep the reservation.Key box with key is not with the door it goes in and there were no instructions as to what door to use. There is barely any grass out front, so super muddy and no front door mat to wipe feet. Had to buy a towel for shoes so we could be respectful of the floors. There was no dishwasher tabs or detergent. I bring my own, but there should be some left to start off. We were charged $600 in cleaning fee, and house was ok, plus we were expected to strip beds, wash all dishes and take out all garbage. Again, what most people would normally do when leaving, but for $600, one would expect more for that amount of money. Overall, I would recommend and go back, but hope the management company sees this and does better in the future for the actual homeowners.

Nice spaces (bedrooms & common areas), convenient kitchen, nice big dining table for meals & games, easy access to beaches & route 6, quiet neighborhood. And fun to have the ping-pong table in the garage!
