Recently renovated, the property now features high-end furniture, fresh paint, modern lighting, and a refinished basement - as well as the addition of a pool table/game room. NEW ductless AC/heating units installed.
The expansive yard offers everything you need to unwind outdoors, including a hammock, fire pit, and grill. Inside, an open-concept kitchen flows into a spacious dining and living area, while large sliders and windows flood the home with stunning views and natural light. The sunroom and sprawling, wrap around deck are perfect for relaxing with coffee in the morning or dining with friends.
The home is ready to enjoy, equipped with a YouTube TV subscription, linens, kitchenware, beach chairs, and kayaks — so you only need to bring yourself or your crew! Book your stay at this incredible coastal property and experience Cape Cod like never before.
Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with full-time residents who value the peaceful atmosphere - we kindly ask guests to respect the natural surroundings and quiet charm of the area. This is a space for relaxation and reflection — not big parties or events.
KAYAKS
Upon booking the guest(s) take full responsibility for the use of the kayak(s)/water access, including closely supervising and maintaining full responsibility for the safety and well-being of children and all others who may use it/them at his, her, or their sole risk.
FIREPLACE/FIRE PIT
Indoor fireplace is NOT for guest use, please use the outdoor firepit. Guests must provide their own firewood if they would like to utilize the fire pit at their own discretion. It should never be left unattended while there is a live flame, and it should be extinguished entirely prior to going in for the night.
HEAT
Please do not use the wall thermostats/baseboard heat. The main heating source is now the wall ductless HVAC units that are controlled via remote.
Amenities:
-This property features a starter set of supplies for guests which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & hand soap. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, we recommended purchasing additional supplies!
-The beds are fully made & ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens.
-Visiting like a local means being neighborly. Please be respectful of the owner's home and considerate of the neighbors at all times.
Cleaning Fee
Our cleaning fee helps cover the basics—fresh linens, tidy spaces, and a sparkling home for your arrival. We kindly ask that guests treat the home with care, as the fee doesn’t cover heavily stained linens, excessive messes, or damages. Extra charges may apply in those rare cases.

Relaxing, peaceful, well-located. The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of space. What you can't sense from the photos is how private the home is and how beautiful and calming the Fort Hill area is. Definitely recommend!

This home exceeded our expectations. The views are spectacular and everything in the house itself is so well executed. Comfortable beds ( dont laugh , they are hard to find in the cape). This is a very special place and comfortable home. The agents and hosts were responsive and helpful. I would love to come back in summer
