About this house rental
This is the Cape House of our dreams -- and hopefully yours too.
A huge house (3200sqft) with lots of room (and rooms), enough for the whole family and then some. Very close to the Bike Trail. Walkable to local stores and restaurants. Set back a bit in the lot, so quiet and peaceful. Newly renovated and fully appointed Kitchen. All bathrooms full renovated.

Kitchen - is fully renovated with brand new white cabinets, brand new stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet and pantry space, stocked spice shelf, and a breakfast bar. Fully appointed kitchen.
Great Room - bright, spacious room with dining table at one end; large sectional couch and TV at the other
3 Seasons Room - a large room off the back of the house that's ALL windows (12 screened windows actually), for enjoying your cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine during those lovely Cape nights while keeping the bugs out.
Den - large room for relaxing, reading, throwing the kids in. Includes another TV, lots of seating, books, puzzles, and a guitar, etc.
Back yard & Patio - the back patio includes a new Weber Genesis gas grill, a stone fire-pit and lots of outdoor seating. There is also a small basketball court, an outdoor shower, and a clothesline.
Basement - there is a an extra, full-size refrigerator for you to use.

There was plenty of room in this house for our party of 10 (ages 3-68) to spread out. We had ample sleeping options and plenty of bathrooms/showers. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked (though I would recommend bringing kitchen trash bags and foil/plastic wrap) and the open floor plan kitchen/dining/living area was great for hanging out together. We enjoyed using the grill and fire pit one night, as well.
The location of this house is fantastic for visiting both bayside and national seashore beaches. It's also a quick 3 min bike ride to the rail trail and an easy drive to many restaurants/activities.
While the interior of the house was in good shape, we wish the exterior landscaping were kept up with a bit better. It would be nice if the backyard were a bit more suitable for the kids to play in and some of the patio furniture could use a bit of a refresh.
Overall, this was a great house for us and we would definitely consider staying here again!

We visit the Cape at the start of every summer, and as our family has grown it's been harder to find a place for all of us to stay. This house was perfect! Plenty of room for all of us to comfortably fit (my kids loved having a "sleep over" with their cousins!), and the house had so many things in it to make our stay welcoming. The location was great as well, really close to the rail trail as well as several popular local food places. Definitely an amazing place if you're looking for somewhere to spend some great time and make some great memories with your family!

Our family and friends, 14 total adults and teens, has a wonderful stay at this property! Plenty of room for everyone, and the separate loft/family room provided a much needed area for the teens. Great location, house is well equipped for meals at home. The owner was very responsive and checked in on us (via text) to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Overall, a great mini-vacation for all of us!
