This cozy duplex apartment in the “Leuchtturm” building offers a special vacation experience across two levels in approximately 40 m²—ideal for families or couples who want to enjoy the Baltic Sea and a relaxing getaway.
The bright living and dining area invites you to linger. From here, you can step out onto the sunny, south-facing rooftop terrace and enjoy the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea—a perfect spot for your first cup of coffee in the morning or for relaxing hours with the sea breeze.
On the same level is the cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (approx. 160 x 200 cm).
In the open loft area of the attic, you’ll find another sleeping area with a double bed (approx. 160 x 200 cm) and its own TV—ideal as a retreat for children, teenagers, or additional guests.
