This dream apartment with an ocean view offers a spacious 132 square meters and is designed to accommodate 6 people. Two large balconies and a sauna round out the apartment.
The three bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed, ensure a restful night’s sleep thanks to the blackout curtains.
In the well-equipped kitchen, cooking while enjoying the ocean view is a double pleasure. The large dining table, with its leather-upholstered chairs, invites you to enjoy a cozy meal. And the ocean view is included.
The cozy lounge area is furnished with leather furniture, books, DVDs, a 55-inch TV, a hi-fi system with an iPhone 6 dock, and a Blu-ray player.
The high-quality balcony furniture and sun loungers invite you to relax.
The spacious bathroom, with a floor-to-ceiling shower, puts you in a good mood while brushing your teeth in the morning.
The guest restroom is also suitable for your morning routine.
The beach is only about 150 m away. There you’ll find a beach chair, which can be used free of charge during beach chair season.
A parking space is available in the underground garage with elevator access.

The sailing schools on the inland lake offer courses in sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, and stand-up paddleboarding for water sports enthusiasts.

For the wood-burning stove (if you plan to use it), bring logs no longer than 33
cm, and kindling with fire starter. Please do not use collected wood, as it is too damp and burns very poorly. The stove will only smolder and produce toxic fumes that are harmful to your health. (Carbon monoxide poisoning)
Please observe the no-smoking and no-pets policies. Even if they are just visiting, the next non-smokers and people with allergies will thank you for it.
You will find binoculars and the folder containing the operating instructions and inventory lists in the glass cabinet.
