This luxury vacation home with a lake view is located in a quiet spot on an inland lake in the central part of Heiligenhafen. The historic old town, as well as the beach and marina, are just a few hundred meters away.
The state-of-the-art vacation home “Kehrwieder No. 5” offers plenty of space with approximately 158 m² of living area and is particularly appealing to families, people with allergies, or couples seeking a romantic getaway. The living area exudes a sophisticated atmosphere perfect for relaxation, featuring leather sofas and TV armchairs. Here, you can enjoy a cozy atmosphere while watching HD Smart TV or using Wi-Fi. When it comes to dining, nothing stands in your way in the approximately 60 m² open-concept kitchen-dining area, featuring an open ceiling that extends to the upper floor. This is ensured by the high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, which is perfect for cooking. The large dining table with two benches and two chairs (new dining area furniture starting in 2026) seats at least 6 people and serves as a gathering spot during your stay. This is the perfect place to plan your vacation while enjoying a meal. For a restful night’s sleep, there are two bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the upper floor. All bedrooms are equipped with double box-spring beds for optimal comfort and a TV to help you drift off to sleep. Allergy-friendly bedding and towels are available for a fee. The large bedroom features a walk-in closet, as well as direct access to the garden and bathroom. You can also access the bathroom from the bedroom/children’s room across the hall. The bedrooms on the first floor have sliding doors and are not lockable! An additional guest restroom on the first floor ensures the necessary privacy here as well. The hallway leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find more highlights of the house. Via the fantastic gallery on the upper floor, you can access the approximately 40 m² north-facing terrace with a view of the inland lake or the approximately 20 m² south-facing terrace with a view of the spa gardens or the town church. The third bedroom, along with another shower room featuring a double sink and toilet, creates a retreat for wellness and relaxation. All rooms can be darkened using electric roller shades. A travel crib and a high chair can be booked as optional extras. From the living area or the bedroom on the first floor, you can step out into the spacious garden (approx. 350 m²) featuring a furnished garden terrace of approx. 100 m² facing southwest. Here you can soak up the sun in the two beach chairs and relax in near-perfect comfort. You won’t have to miss out on evening barbecues either! Garden chairs are also available on the rooftop terraces. Here you can enjoy the sunset or the evening with a delicious glass of wine or a cool drink.
ATTENTION! During the winter season from November through March, the garden and patio furniture cannot be used, and the rooftop terraces are closed for insurance and winter maintenance reasons!
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house as well as in the garden. The house includes a double carport with two parking spaces and a storage room (available only from April through October!). Bicycles, surfboards, strollers, etc., can be stored here. A washing machine is built into the kitchen. Smoking is not permitted in the house! Pets are not allowed!
