The stylish living area, with its spacious sofa arrangement and ottomans, invites you to relax after long days at the beach or extended walks. For entertainment, there’s a TV, Wi-Fi, and an extensive collection of games—perfect for social evenings with family or friends. An Xbox in the living room offers additional fun for young and old alike. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a magnificent view of the charming, newly built vacation village, which blends harmoniously with the classic Baltic Sea architecture.
On the fully furnished, south-west-facing terrace, you can enjoy sunny hours and balmy evenings. Sun loungers, a parasol, and a gas grill are provided, so nothing stands in the way of relaxing barbecue evenings in the garden.
The Ostsee Perle 35 is ideal for families and small groups, as the house features three comfortable bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds. On the first floor, there is a spacious double box-spring bed with its own TV, while the attic offers additional sleeping accommodations—a double box-spring bed with a TV and two single beds in separate rooms. A travel crib and a high chair are available for the little ones. Large windows in all bedrooms flood the rooms with light and create a pleasant atmosphere. Curtains and pleated blinds ensure a darkened environment for restful nights.
The house’s three bathrooms—one on each floor—are comfortably equipped. Two of them feature a shower, while the highlight of the large bathroom is the built-in sauna—perfect for relaxing after an eventful day at the Baltic Sea. Towel warmers and a toilet are, of course, provided. An additional guest restroom on the first floor offers even more convenience.
The open, fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area gives you maximum flexibility—you can treat yourself to culinary delights or prepare delicious meals yourself. Next to the kitchen is a convenient storage room equipped with a vacuum cleaner, household appliances, a washer-dryer combo, and an iron.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. A parking space in the underground garage (max. car height 2 m) is available to you. Additional parking is available in public parking spaces outside the complex. For active guests, there is a lockable bike storage room next to the underground garage where you can safely store your bicycles or e-bikes.
The location is ideal: The harbor is only 200 m away, and the pier and the beach are just 900 m away—both within easy walking distance. Short distances make for a relaxing vacation.
Dogs are welcome, so your four-legged companion can enjoy the Baltic Sea, too. The Ostsee Perle 35 is a non-smoking accommodation.
