The spacious vacation home “Breslauer Haus” is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Heiligenhafen and offers approximately 120 m² of living space, accommodating up to 7 people. With four bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a private terrace, the property is ideal for families or small groups looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea.
The heart of the house is the bright living and dining area on the first floor. The cozy sofa area invites you to linger, while the wood-burning stove (wood not included) creates a cozy atmosphere, especially on cooler days. The large dining table offers plenty of space for all guests to enjoy meals together or spend convivial game nights. From here, you have direct access to the furnished terrace with an outdoor grill—the ideal spot for a hearty breakfast or relaxing summer evenings.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals during your stay.
There are four bedrooms in total. Three bedrooms are each furnished with a comfortable double bed, while another bedroom features a single bed. The upstairs bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub. The amenities are complemented by a guest restroom on the first floor.
The garden is available for shared use and offers plenty of space to relax. Please note that the property is not fenced. Dogs are welcome with prior notice.
In the basement, there is a separately accessible guest apartment that is occasionally occupied. Of course, you’ll have complete independence and privacy while staying in the vacation home.
