Es gab nichts zu beanstanden außer dem Fahrradkeller der sehr eng, nicht abschließbar ohne Strom und sehr schmutzig war.

Die Wohnung ist erstklassig eingerichtet und direkt zwischen Binnensee und Strand gelegen. Toller Ausblick auf beide Gewässer. Windgeschützter Balkon, so dass man sich auch bei etwas heftigeren Wind angenehm in die Sonne setzen kann. Eine absolute Empfehlung für den Ostseeurlaub, auch mit einer größeren Familie. Die fußläufig zu erreichende und wunderbare Innenstadt von Heiligenhafen rundet das Bild ab.

Moderne aber etwas kühl eingerichtete Wohnung mit sämtlichem Schnickschnack. Tolles Bad mit Sauna und wirklich prima Küche.
Die Lage auf dem Steinwarder ist super, das Meer ganz in der Nähe, auch zum Hafen und in die Altstadt kann man ohne Probleme zu Fuß gelangen.
Wie in fast jeder uns bekannten Fewo, auch diesmal hier: Geschirrtücher Fehlanzeige!
Warum nur 3 Sterne obwohl es sonst viel positives gibt? Der Außenbereich ist wirklich absolut unschön, teilweise würde ich sogar ihn als gammelig bezeichnen. Das der Balkon noch renoviert wird ist zwar aus der Anzeige hervor gegangen, aber dieser schlechte Zustand war nicht zu erwarten. Was nützt da einem ein großzügiger 360Grad Balkon wenn man ihn nicht nutzen möchte. Weiterhin eine wahrliche Plage waren die Spinnen die sich in der äußeren baulich schlechten Fassade aufhielten und abends alle Scheiben belagerten, so das es unmöglich war bei offenem Balkon den Abend zu verbringen.
