About this house rental
The attractive Meeresstern vacation home offers ample space for up to 7 people and up to 2 dogs (pricing based on number of guests!) for your Baltic Sea vacation, with approximately 100 m² of living space spread over 3 levels. The whole family—including toddlers and dogs—is warmly welcome here!
The stylishly and modernly furnished vacation home exudes a genuine vacation atmosphere. The living area, with its cozy couch, invites you to relax, while the TV and Wi-Fi provide entertainment. Board games are available for playful fun, and books and magazines are on hand for quieter moments. The adjacent dining area with a seating nook offers space for shared meals. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll enjoy plenty of natural light and a direct view of the large, furnished terrace with a usable lawn area. An electric grill provides culinary variety under the open sky.
The house has four bedrooms, ideal for families with small children or small groups. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, another with a pull-out double bed, and another with a sofa bed, which is also equipped with fitness equipment. For the little ones, a travel crib, a high chair, and a changing pad are provided. A portable safety gate ensures safety on the stairs. Hypoallergenic bedding and towels are available for a fee. Large windows in the bedrooms provide plenty of natural light—curtains, pleated blinds, or roller shades are available for undisturbed nights.
On the first floor, there is a large bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine, and dryer. The attic features a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There’s also a guest restroom on the first floor for maximum comfort.
The large, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your vacation cooking. A small sitting area provides additional space. A storage room for the vacuum cleaner [&] and other items, as well as a coat rack in the entryway, round out the space.
The harbor is only 200 m away—here you can enjoy fresh fish sandwiches right by the water. It’s about 900 m to the pier and the beach—perfect conditions for a relaxing day at the beach.
Bicycles you bring or rent can be stored safely in the bike storage room—ideal for trips along the coast!
Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. A parking space (underground garage—max. vehicle height 2 m) is designated in the fishing village. Public parking spaces are available around the fishing village for additional cars. For active guests, there is a lockable bike storage room next to the underground garage where you can safely store your bicycles or e-bikes. Up to two dogs are allowed for a fee.
