The charming Michels Kate vacation home offers a comfortable place to stay for up to six people across three levels with approximately 100 m² of living space—including many amenities that will make your vacation even more relaxing. Whether you’re bringing your dog, using your own seasonal beach chair, or taking advantage of the optional sauna—here you’ll find that special something to make your getaway on the Baltic Sea even more memorable.
The house is modernly furnished and exudes a welcoming vacation atmosphere. The spacious living area impresses with its tasteful furnishings and quickly becomes the central gathering spot for relaxing moments. TV and Wi-Fi are, of course, available. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a beautiful view of the furnished patio and the usable garden area with a grill—ideal for social evenings under the open sky—right from the couch.
This vacation home is especially ideal for families and small groups, as it features three cozy bedrooms. On the first floor, you’ll find a comfortable double box-spring bed, while the attic features another double box-spring bed as well as two single box-spring beds. A travel crib and a high chair are available for young guests. Upon request, hypoallergenic bedding and towel sets can be booked for a fee. Curtains and pleated blinds provide the necessary light blocking for a peaceful night’s sleep.
The two bathrooms on the upper floors offer plenty of comfort—one is equipped with a bathtub, while the other features a walk-in shower. After an eventful day at the Baltic Sea, you can relax in the built-in sauna (for a fee). A towel warmer and restroom are also available. An additional guest restroom on the first floor rounds out the amenities.
The large, fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area invites you to prepare delicious meals for your loved ones—whether it’s a hearty breakfast or a cozy dinner after a day at the beach. Convenient: Next to the kitchen is a small storage room with a washer, dryer, and vacuum cleaner.
The location is ideal for exploring: The harbor is just 200 m away—perfect for a stroll with a delicious fish sandwich in hand. It’s about 900 m to the pier and the beach. A special bonus awaits you there: From May 15 through September 15, a free seasonal beach chair is available so you can enjoy your day at the beach to the fullest.
For larger groups or if you need additional space, you have the option to rent the neighboring vacation home, Toms Kajüte, as well (subject to availability).
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. An underground parking space (max. car height 1.95 m) is reserved for you. Additional parking is available in public lots in the surrounding area. For active guests, there is a lockable bike storage room next to the underground garage where you can safely store your bicycles or e-bikes.
