The Remise, a historic landmark dating from the second half of the 18th century and built in the half-timbered style, along with the attractive vacation rental newly created within it, demonstrate that old and modern harmonize beautifully with contemporary furnishings. It features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families.
The heart of the home is the large and inviting living and dining area. Here, you can relax on the cozy couch or in an armchair, or enjoy social gatherings at the large dining table. Natural tones and carefully selected decor create a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. With Wi-Fi, you can conveniently stay connected even while on vacation or stream your favorite TV shows and movies. The many windows flood the space with natural light and offer a view of the patio right from the couch. Authentic shutters provide stylish privacy and light control.
Four bedrooms with various bed configurations are available. The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200), the second bedroom also has a double bed (180x200), the third bedroom has two single beds (90x200) pushed together to form a double bed, and the fourth bedroom for children has a single bed (80x200) that can be extended to 160x200. Closets and dressers provide ample storage space. Allergy-friendly bedding, towel sets, a travel crib (without bedding), and a high chair can be rented for a fee if needed. Blackout roller shades ensure privacy and a quiet night’s sleep.
From the bedrooms, you can easily access the two modern bathrooms, which feature floor heating, walk-in showers, one bathtub, a towel warmer, a sink, and a toilet. An integrated sauna is available for use. Here, you can easily freshen up and unwind after an eventful day of vacation. A washer-dryer is also included.
The open and fully equipped kitchen, located right next to the living area, offers you all the amenities you need during your stay. The dining area is directly connected to the kitchen. This means you don’t have to sacrifice home comforts even while on vacation. For your daily shopping needs, the market is just 400 m away and the harbor is only 300 m away. The pier and beach are also only about 1,000 m away.
Additional features include a large furnished terrace and a garden area that invite you to relax. Starting the day with a cup of coffee in the fresh sea air or winding down on balmy summer evenings—no problem here.
An underground parking space is included with the accommodation (max. height 2 m). Loading and unloading is also conveniently possible right in front of the side garden entrance. A bicycle storage room is available next to the underground garage. Here you can lock up your bicycles, e-bikes, or surfing gear. A grill is not provided, but barbecuing is permitted. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
