On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with a fireplace and TV, an adjoining dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. From here, you can step out onto a furnished terrace surrounded by greenery, complete with a grill, sun loungers, and a beach chair. The other terrace is located on the opposite side, ensuring you have sun all day long. The first floor is rounded out by a guest restroom and an extra room with a couch.
