Payment terms: A 25 percent deposit is due within 5 days; remaining balance 21 days before arrival. Our spacious vacation home, located right near the Baltic Sea, is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation—
the marina and shopping promenade are just a few steps away. We welcome
easygoing families with children and, upon prior notice, dogs as well.
This isn’t luxury for nitpickers, but a place of well-being for beach lovers, Baltic Sea enthusiasts, and
anyone who wants to enjoy the location, freedom, and the sea.
Since we value the expansive view and the special atmosphere of the house, we have deliberately
chosen not to install complicated curtains on the slanted panoramic windows. Instead,
practical exterior roller shades are available to provide privacy—allowing for light, a sense of space, and that authentic
Baltic Sea feeling.
Out of consideration for the thatched roof, we’ve also deliberately chosen not to provide a grill, especially since
there are plenty of dining options nearby and the house, of course, features
a fully functional kitchen.
