About this house rental
The detached thatched roof house Newport is located in the 5 star resort on the Graswarder surrounded by a dune landscape.
After just a few steps you will reach the Baltic Sea beach, the adventure pier, the nature reserve Graswarder with its impressive nature and birdlife, the 5-star "Marina Yachthafen Heiligenhafen", the promenade and the lake. In addition, the fishing port and the old town can be reached in a few minutes.
The 137-square-foot, rustic Newport thatched cottage offers space for families and guests with up to 6 people.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area with fireplace, TV and comfortable sofa furniture. Through the large glass front in the living room you have a great view of the sun terrace (30 sqm), which invites you to sunbathe, relax and linger, but also for barbecues and get-togethers. In addition, there is a great view from the sun terrace and from the living room to the marina.
At the rear of the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area for 6 people. There is also a cloakroom area and a guest toilet.
Upstairs are three bright bedrooms and a large bathroom waiting for you. 2 bedrooms have a view of the marina, from the third bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake. The exclusive bathroom is well appointed and has a large shower and a bath to relax in for quiet hours.
All three bedrooms are equipped with large, comfortable boxspring beds (180 cm x 200 cm) and one UHD TV each. A travel cot, which can be placed in one of the rooms as desired, completes the sleep offer. Of course, there is enough storage space for the cloakroom in generous built-in wardrobes.
The house owns the car parking space right outside the door. Bicycles can be locked at the bicycle stand.
