About this house rental
Exclusive, thatched cottage with direct views of the lake at the marina in Heiligenhafen. You can expect a high quality, newly built (2016) 111 sqm holiday home for max. 6 persons. The cottage has a hall, a living / dining room with fireplace and modern kitchen. Two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sauna area with relaxation / sports room. The east-facing terrace is surrounded by a dune landscape, the living room adjoins the south / west terrace with an unobstructed view of the lake.
On the ground floor is a hallway as well as the cozy living room with fireplace, internet-enabled flat screen TV and stereo. In the adjacent, open kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances (oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher,), there should be nothing missing. The large dining room table can accommodate 6 people. Also located next to a storage room, a Finnish sauna with floor-level shower and a guest toilet. In the adjoining relaxation room you can relax or play sports equipment. From the living room leads to the large, furnished south / west facing terrace with stunning views of the lake.
Two bedrooms upstairs can accommodate 6 people. All bedrooms are laid out with parquet flooring. The bedroom with a unique view of the lake has a double bed (180/200), floor to ceiling windows and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a double bed (180/200), a modern sofa bed for 2 people, a flat screen TV and a large window front, which allows a generous view of the dune landscape.
From the bathroom with floor-level shower, large vanity and bath you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. There is also a washing machine in a separate corner.
The holiday home has a free internet connection and a safe for your valuables.
