The location is perfect, in front of the train station, in an area that has been improved.
It was difficult to find the building entrance, a picture of the entrance and the little side street where the entrance is, would have been very helpful. Additionally, I would suggest to install a ceiling fan or provide at least another one. The kitchen would also benefit from a fan, given that there is no ventilation.
