It's great for 2 people, but for 4, the second bed is uncomfortable.

The apartment has good facilities, is well located, well equipped, and easily accessible.

I didn't like one of the sofa beds, which was quite uncomfortable.

Clean, comfortable and quiet apartment in a great location!

Clean, comfortable and quiet apartment. The staff were very friendly and responsive in the lead up to, and during, our stay. The location was great too - just a 15 minute walk into the old town.

The only downside was the sofa beds which to be honest are never going to be as comfortable as a proper bed. We knew what to expect so we were not surprised by this.

Payed for 2 beds, got only 1. Value for money is really bad and hosts unhelpful

The apartment is decently sized and easy to find. The bathroom and the kitchen were ok. The is a big balcony, but we didn't use it for one night.

The hosts are really unhelpful, unfriendly and the vibe is pretty cheap/stingy. We booked a 2 beds room because we wanted to use 2 beds. They only made one of them, without asking about our needs and just assumed we will sleep in the same bed. They didn't even leave extra linen, so that we could prep the second bed ourselves. When I asked for extra linen, they refused to help, even if it was only 17:30. They even tried to gaslight me and say that they prepped the room like in the pictures - except that in every picture that was posted at the time of booking, the beds are both made. Additionally, the beds are really uncomfortable anyway. I honestly feel scammed - payed 2 beds, got 1. And to top up the bad experience, we got 3 or 4 messages threatening about fines for every possible thing before arriving (eg. 300 CHF if you forget something and you only get 24h to retrieve it before they dispose of it), but they couldn't send one message to ask about the beds.

A modern apartment with lovely views from the balcony

The sofa could use another layer of mattress to make it more comfortable (it is fine as it is but can be even better) and the occasional ambulance driving on the main road can be heard from a mile away. This is not a big deal and certainly not the host's fault that ambulances in the canton of Ticino are almost as loud as ambulances in Italy (it is totally unnecessary in my opinion as there are rarely if ever traffic jams on the main road but that is how it is)..

Wirkt modern, jedoch ist die Qualität nicht sehr hoch. Das Aparment ist nicht 4 Personen geeignet.

Lage war ok. Gastgeber war lösungsorientiert. Kommunikation war ok, aber Koordination recht schwierig.

Oberflächlich sauber, aber doch recht dreckig. Das Sofabett sollte man nicht hochheben. Barfuss laufen führte zu dreckigen Füsse und Spinnweben in den Regalen. Qualität vom Apartment ist nicht so gross, Türgriff hatten wir mehrfach in der Hand und wurde mit Ductap fixiert. Balkontür musste auch repariert werden, da der Schliessmechanismus überdrehte. (Verbindungsstück innen war zu kurz.) Bett sehr unbequem und quietscht. Laute Bochgeräusche im Badezimmer immer am späten Abend (Lüftung oder Waschmaschine vom Nachbarn.)

Abbiamo avuto qualche problema a capire quale fosse il nostro parcheggio, fortunatamente ci hanno risposto subito. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il pagamento parcheggio pefchè eravamo senza contanti. Fortunatamente la proprietà ha capito il problema e siamo riusciti diversamente.

L'emplacement était très bien, proche d'un petit supermarché. Le lieu est calme et nous avions une très belle vue sur les montagnes.

La machine à laver le linge et un séchoir très bonne idée.

Appartement bien placé, équipement cuisine au minimum

Petit studio sympathique avec une très belle terrasse. Logement très propre, belle douche. Machine à café à dispo, télé avec des chaines alémaniques, italophones mais aussi francophones.

Pour cuisiner, il y a des poêles à frire. Mais pas de casserole. Mais quand même les couvercles des casseroles. Pas de sel, de poivre ou d'huile, prenez ce qu'il vous faut. Un des canapé-lit est une cuvette. Le second est tip-top.
