Clean and comfortable apartment
Very nice, sparklingly clean and well equipped apartment. The check in process went very smoothly and communication was clear. Reasonable distance from Bellinzona center. The on-site parking (at extra charge) was a plus.
The apartment was a bit warm as there's no air conditioning, but the fans helped.

appartamento molto comodo e vicino al centro di bellinzona, solo 15min a piedi. Appartamento bello, moderno e confortevole. abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il rubinetto, ma l'agenzia ci ha mandato subito qualcuno. se dovessi tornare a bellinzona, sappiamo dove andare.

Pulita, quasi nuova.
Poca disponibilità del personale, mi avevano cancellato il treno da Milano e quindi sono arrivato 1 giorno dopo, ho chiesto la cortesia di fare il check out alle 12.00 (cioè solo lasciare la valigia già pronta) invece che alle 10.00 ma niente, un freddo no. Va bene così

C'est juste ce qu'il nous fallait pour 3 adultes et 3 nuits.
Logement lumineux et spacieux. Il est bien équipé. Belle grande terrasse à disposition avec un peu de mobilier pour s'y installer. L'accès est facile en transports publics
la porte du lave-vaisselle était fermée et cela sentait mauvais à l'intérieur. C'est bien d'avoir un linge de cuisine neuf mais comme il est neuf: il laisse des traces de sa couleur sur la vaisselle.

On pouvait pas espérer mieux !!
On a adoré la pizzeria a deux pas de l'appartement . Les équipements et ventilateur était top . Rien à redire .
Il faudrait juste indiquer en bas a l'ascenseur les étages des différents appartement. Cependant nos enfants on adorer faire les étages pour le trouver .
