The property was well equipped (large kitchen, although I didn't use it) and newly decorated, and the room was good-sized. Access to the house and the room is via a key fob from a key lock box outside the. house, so check-in is very easy. Convenient location as it is fairly close to ExCel. I appreciated that bathroom slippers, shower gel and phone chargers were provided. Quick replies to messages from the property owner.
The bathroom, especially the shower, could have been cleaner. I am not sure if the bedsheets were fresh, as other reviewers already pointed out. Unfortunately, the other guests were quite loud during the night, and there was also some noise from the nearby airport.

Within easy walking distance of train station and Excel. Rooms small but functional, clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom small but clean and functional. Well equipped kitchen.
Knowing what floor the booked room was on. Without a lift carrying a suitcase up the stairs was a bit awkward.
