Stunning cinematic views over the doc itself and the excel center. Nice and spacious! Good value for money that’s for sure! And for tourists visiting for events or concerts and the property manager was super helpful given the mess up with the keys 1000000% would be staying again!

When I arrived, my best friend went to the shop to collect the keys was screamed at by this member of staff invalid, we arrived slightly later due to delays in travel by the train company, the cleaner was still there which is fine but I was under the impression that she would allow me in once she’s finished, she allowed me into the property she was helpful with the bags and said she had just a couple of jobs to finish, as two neurodivergent woman who travelled from Newcastle for an concert at silver works she was still in the property at 6pm 3hrs after arrival, which caused us to nearly miss the concert entirely. Which is fine everyone has to do their job efficiently but when you’re delaying paying guests time to get dressed and to their prearranged occasions! I would 1000% stay again, but ideally when staff wouldn’t be in the property still.

Really idyllic location, very close to the convention centre which suited us and it was in a good neighborhood with very friendly and polite people.

It was a bit of a hassle picking up the key and a lot of the amenities were broken. Also probably too far out to really do a lot in the city.

It was very basic with somethings not working or broken.
