Stunning apartment in Beckton with Private Entrance

All rooms were very tidy and came with water and ice lollies in the fridge which was a good touch in the heat

Communication wasn't the best and had no power overnight

The apartment was cosy, clean, and exactly as described. It was comfortable for our stay, and the check-in process was straightforward. We had a pleasant stay overall.

Nothing in particular. Everything met our expectations.

Great price and location was perfect for our group. The car parking space with the booking was a great benefit a well. The host was easy to contact and the house suited perfectly for our group of 3.

The location of the property was ideal for the tones of beauty event that was hosted at the excel. Location i can't complain about.

Firstly. Parking. Was told by the host I could park at the property from 10am (we requested a 9 or 10am check in which he couldn't honour). He did say we could park there from our arrival though, which at first I thought was a very kind gesture as parking around london can be scarce and or very expensive. What he failed to mention was that you can't park at the front of the property (I received a parking ticket) and the allocated parking for the no.6 property we stayed in someones was already parked in and overnight, once we were made aware parking was at the rear of the propert on a separate small car park. No information was provided of this upon the booking or included in the description. Secondly within the app the code for key safe did not send clearly so had we were unable to get In and stood at the front door for 20/30 mins until the code was sent on a different email. The the sockets in the property tripped out at 3am, randomly. I solved this the morning after by flicking the switch back up in the electric box at the bottom of the stairs. Thankfully im 6'2 but anyone under 6 foot probably would have struggled to reach the box. Host offered to pay for half for the parking ticket (I thought he should have paid it in its entirety). He then sent £10 less than what we agreed. Needs improving.
