Auracasa Monarch Suites

Attending the Silverworks Island event, the location was perfect. Both beds were comfortable. I suffer from lower back pain & I woke up pain free on both mornings. The temperature didn't drop below 18⁰ during the night & there is at least one fan located in each room. Regarding amenities, we had everything we needed.

I'm clutching at straws here, but I was unable to unlock the left patio door to access the back yard.

It was all good in general and 5 min walk to the shop and was just quite area and great for family’s

Everything was easy, clean and no unexpected surprises. Host was easy to contact

The property was clean and having the two bathrooms was a bonus and probably one of the best things about the apartment. The proximity to public transport and a dedicated parking space were also bonuses. The outdoor decked area was welcomed along with the fans that were provided as it was very hot whilst we were there.

The area isn’t great and the apartment location not easy to find at night!!… The sat nav took us to the wrong apartment !… what3words would be better to pinpoint the exact location!… The bed my partner and i slept on was a small double and not that comfortable but it had the en-suite so we opted for that room for more privacy as the other room was for my partners friend and work colleague. there were no bedside tables and the socket was in the wall halfway along the bed that was also against the wall!! and to plug the pedestal fan in you almost had to have it touching the end of the bed!! It really needs an extension lead or the electrics looking at ?! …. We didn’t cook in there as we were primarily there for a weekend of Metallica concerts, but we did have take aways and despite looking everywhere we could not find any cutlery apart from what was on the dining table which was 2 knives and 2 forks….. there were no teaspoons etc and only enough cutlery for 2 people to eat at a time and for accommodation that can take 4 adults it’s a little strange!!… The decked area which is on a street corner was ok , it needed weeding and sweeping and more than just two sun loungers. It was also overlooked by the people upstairs and look they did frequently!! There was also a side/gate onto the street that had only one bolt that did not always hold - and being honest here if I had not been with my partner and his mate , but alone or with female friends etc i would not have felt safe!! -there are metal bars over the windows and the front door, which kinda tells its own story!!…… and it’s not quiet around there at all!!…. not because of traffic so much but because the area is rough!
