The welcome pack was lovely and much appreciated. The location was good for our purpose, which was to visit relations who lived just down the road. Lovely garden and plenty of parking.
We were disappointed that the coffee machine didn't work. It would have been useful to have had instruction manuals for the TV, coffee machine, dishwasher, heating.

The property was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The bedrooms were spacious and all had ensuite bathrooms which was great. The lounge was amazing with an enormous TV to cosying up to and watch a film on an evening. The garden had a lovely outlook onto fields and had very comfortable garden furniture.
It was spotlessly clean and parking for 2/3 cars. We would highly recommend and was just a short drive into Lincoln center.
Nothing everything we great. Just a little road noise.
