Lavish 4-BDR and 4-Beds House in North Hykeham - Long-Term Stays Allowed - Hi-Speed Wi-Fi - Guests 7 - Ample Secure & Private Parking - Luxury Garden

The property was a great size for my family of 5. We really enjoyed our stay at the property and Lush Lodges, who dealt with our check in and check out, were always only a call or message away to respond very quickly to any queries, requests or concerns we had. Overall a great stay.

Very spacious comfortable clean home. Beautiful garden space which my son loved.

The property looked very nice in the photos but as we didn't get to stay, I don't know how accurate they are.

The day we were due to arrive, I couldn't not get the final lockbox code to enter the house, so as we were driving up I sent messages and rang the phone number but no luck. The host did call back but didn't know about my booking saying other guests were already in the property. We were a party of 6 (4 adults, 2 children and a dog) gathering to celebrate new years eve together so we all met in a pub to try to final alternative accommodation. As we were unsuccessful we had to all book into a hotel for the first night, then 2 separate accommodations 20 mins drive apart, for the next two nights which spoiled our new years eve plans. to be fair the host did apologise and I was refunded in full within a few days, but this was a stressful and disappointing trip compared to what we had planned. Secondly, since booking in October, every two days I would receive an email from booking.com informing me that the name of the property had changed a little bit. Every 2 days, an email, this is very annoying! If I see an email arrive from booking.com when I had Christmas and separate new year's acomodation booked, of course you need to check what the message is about, who changes the name of their property every 2 days?
