Very reasonable price compared to other places in the area and quite a charming little place. Very try simple but has everything you need. Very convenient and central location and communicative host

The apartment is on a beautiful location, with a lovely view on Le Beffroi de Saint-Eloi. It's small, but it's got everything you need, and it's nice to be able to cook your own dinner in the evening (we don't like going out to eat every night while on vacation).

The apartment does have a few (minor) flaws. The sink in the kitchen is very wobbly, as is the toilet seat. However, these are all things that, given the price, are perfectly forgivable. What we did find very unpleasant, as mentioned in another review, was the three flights of stairs leading up to the flat. It’s a bit of a run-down building, very dusty, and this made it a bit unpleasant to walk around. Whenever there were people in the corridor, it felt as though they were inside the apartment. It’s really very noisy. Because of this, we didn’t feel entirely comfortable, for example, watching a TV series in peace in the evening.
