appartement de tres bon standing ,spacieux avec 2 belles chambres,lit vraiment tres confortable ,avec une tres belle piece a vivre,jolie cuisine et magnifique vue,cette appartement ne merite pas en dessous de 10 sur 10,d'une propreté exemplaire ,marine est une personne tres gentille ,elle vous accueil et vous remet les clé avec le sourire,et elle est disponible si quelque chose ne va pas,et en plus place de parking en sous sol ,

Heerlijke week gehad, appartement ligt leuk tussen Duinkerke en we hebben de panne bezocht.

Fijne complete keuken, leuk uitzicht. Alle ramen kunnen dicht met rolluiken. Ruime badkamer

de matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe.

Séjours quand même agréable et reposant . Si les qq point serait améliorer ca serait top .

Emplacement très bien , belle vue , grand appartement et parking privé , grande SDB . Accès facile , bar restaurants et commerce a proximités ainsi que les bus qui sont gratuit . Cuisine avec tous ce qu'il faut et grand frigo .

La deuxième chambre a un placard qui n'est pas utilisable ( porte coulissante cassé et matériels pour peindre dedans ) et pas propre . Porte papier toilette ne tiens pas , vitre pas propre , plaintes et dessus de chabrole de porte très très salle .PAS de micro onde dommage , dernier point le dessous de l'envier de cuisine en bordel et l'avette sal .

La ville de Dunkerque nous a charmés.

Pas de petit déjeuner puisque en studio, mais magasins à proximité. Très belle décoration moderne et récente: de très bon goût. Equipement, ustensiles de cuisine neufs, salon confortable (et neuf), literie propre.

Pas de wifi (problème déjà signalé par les précédents locataires et pas résolus pour notre arrivée) >> pas de contacts avec la famille , isolements des amis et surtout, pas de télévision en soirée >>>> 5 jours et 4 soirs sans PC, sans TV est très difficile à vivre !!!! Quelques coins de l'appartement échappent trop souvent au nettoyage: la hotte de cuisine est sale et très grasse, les interrupteurs d'allumage sans sales, le coin cuisine autour de la vitrocéramique est gras et noir, le fond de la cuvette de WC est encrassée. Le bouchon de l'évier gauche et de la baignoire, sont cassés, un cadre dans une chambre décroché car décollé, est resté décroché par terre, les attaches collantes restés au mur comme de gros chewingums. Les bouches d'extraction d'air , noires de poussière et d'humidité.
