Le logement est bien équipé, confortable et à un prix abordable. De plus, il est situé dans une rue calme donnant sur une cour, et à proximité du centre-ville. L'hôte est très disponible et à l'écoute pour répondre à nos questions. Un beau goéland se pose parfois à côté des fenêtres et guette (merci pour son bien-être de ne pas le nourrir !).
Petit bémol : nous avons voulu ouvrir l'une des fenêtres que nous n'avons pas réussi à fermer. Heureusement nous avons fait appel à la conciergerie qui a fait intervenir quelqu'un.

Appartement à prix correct, bien situé et aux fenêtres donnant sur une belle court intérieure calme. Le logement est bien agencé et dispose de commodités arrangeantes.
Il est regrettable d'observer un manque de propreté et d'entretien à certains endroits (murs avec de nombreuses marques, gondolés, tâches sur les têtes d'oreillers...). Je relève également un manque d'organisation concernant le passage du ménage qui n'était pas fait lorsque je suis arrivé (en respectant l'horaire indiqué). J'ai dû attendre environ 1h de plus l'arrivée des femmes de ménage avant de pouvoir m'installer. Aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé pour la gêne occasionnée.
