Great place, tidy, comfortable - perfect for a couple of nights away. Cannot fault them for the flat.
When I went to leave in the morning, the only exit to the building, a strong fire door, was broken. The handle wouldn't turn. Nobody could get in or out.
Although there was someone on scene in ten minutes who let us out through a locked side door, if there had been an emergency, or a fire, we would have been dead. It really is as simple as that.
Although the building was contained behind a gate - the main door up to our rooms was not fixed that day and was left wide open, at the mercy of members of public/people from other buildings.
I was really shocked.
