Urine infested property, stay away.

Avoid this property. There is a strong smell of urine and we had to move out, it was unbearable. We told the host but he tried to fix it, he couldn't, we then had to move out (it's unsafe to stay there) and he refused a refund. The host refused a refund, Booking.com is hopefully taking this further. Please stay away from this property if you are about your health.

Lovely stay in Dunkirk centre

The location is great, very close to the centre and to a very convenient bus stop. The apartment is cosy, well furnished with quality elements, very clean, small but perfectly sufficient for solo travellers. I appreciated the easy internet and Netflix access. The host was very kind!

The only thing that could be better would be something small like providing spare rolls of toilet paper, as this is hard to do for visitors. Somewhere to hand our coat and a couple of pieces of clothing would also be very convenient.

2 nuits en solo pour découvrir Dunkerque

La localisation du studio était parfaite pour moi qui souhaitais découvrir Dunkerque, à mi-chemin entre la plage d'un côté et le centre de l'autre (+/- 15min pour chaque). Le parking gratuit et juste devant le studio. Le studio, propre, bien équipé, confortable et l'accès au Wi-Fi compris dans la location. Les consignes claires affichées/données par le propriétaire et la documentation "touristique" à disposition.

Les escaliers qui mènent au studio (3ème étage) n'étaient vraiment pas propres et il s'en dégageait une légère odeur d'urine de chat (même si j'ai bien compris que ceux-ci étaient censés être entretenus par les résidents des appartements du 1er et du 2ème étage). La salle de bain légèrement trop petite à mon goût et le canapé-lit qui grince.

Für 1-2 Nächte vollkommen okay für den Preis, nah am Zentrum und Strand. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine kurze Reise benötigt. Bei Fragen hat man schnell eine Antwort bekommen.

Leider ist die Wohnung sowie das ganze Gebäude sehr heruntergekommen und es ist nicht wirklich sauber - nichts für pingelige Menschen!
